PROCEDURES FOR PARENTS OF
YOUNG CHILDREN
Before calling our office to inquire as to why you have not yet received payment for a booking, please do the following:
First: Examine the voucher that was completed at your booking.
Check the date of the booking on your voucher. Understand that television and film need at least 30 days before payment is processed.
Second: All other bookings require 90 days for us to receive payment. If your voucher confirms that by today’s date you should have already received payment, please call our office at: 718 948-0199 any Monday-Friday between 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and have your voucher with you when you call. We will investigate why payment was delayed.
Third: If your child worked on a film or television booking without leaving a copy of the permit on the set of the booking, payment will be delayed until you fax a copy of the permit to the production company. Call us for the fax number or fax it to me and I will forward it to the correct parties. Fax # 718-605-8830.

If you have moved within the last few months, your check may have been sent to your old address, so please call us Monday - Friday between 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at 718 948-0199 to verify your mailing address.
